If you’re new to Polar Pet Lodge, please fill out the form below to schedule a walkthrough, boarding or daycare:

PLEASE NOTE: all pets must be spayed/neutered for boarding and daycare. Male dogs over 18 months must be neutered, female dogs over 6 months must be spayed, and all cats over 6 months must be spayed/neutered.

We also need a copy of your pet’s vaccination records from your veterinarian. You can text them to (281) 689-2700, email them or bring a copy upon check-in.

We require the following for dogs:

Rabies
DHLP: Canine Distemper Parvo Combo
Bordetella: Canine Kennel Cough

We require the following for cats:

Rabies
FVRCP: Feline Distemper Parvo Combo
