Do you provide pet food?We encourage our dog and cat clients to provide their own food for their stay. This ensures a consistent diet and prevents sensitive tummies from getting upset. Please supply a sufficient amount and remember to include the drop-off and pick-up days when planning your rations. Be aware that most dogs are quite active here and burn more calories than they do at home. For this reason, you may want to include extra food to satisfy an increased appetite. We feed premium-quality wet and/or dry foods twice daily, and there is an additional charge if you choose to have us supply their meals.
-
Do you accept adoptions and rescues?Though we wholeheartedly support and encourage all adoptions and rescues, we cannot accept any animal into our kennel that has been in your care for less than 30 days. This is to ensure that you have had adequate time to address any medical issues they might have, and it also allows you ample time to get to know your new pet, enabling you to advise us regarding its care best.
-
Are there any dogs that you do not accept into your kennel? We welcome all dogs as long as they are not nuisance barkers, destructive to their space (digging, chewing, etc.), escape artists, or show signs of aggression towards another dog or an employee.
-
What are your rules about medications? Please inform us of any medication your pet may need when booking your reservation. While we make every effort to provide the care your pet needs, we reserve the right to use our discretion on what we can and cannot administer. We do not administer life-sustaining medications or medications that must be administered via injection.
