"The Lodge" accommodates our larger guests, typically those weighing 35 lbs. and up. It features suites with dimensions of 7×8, 8×10, 10×10, and 10×12. Each suite includes dog doors that lead to a covered patio and a private play yard. This setup allows your dog the freedom to come and go throughout the day. The doors open at 7:00 AM and stay open until dark, with a final outside visit as late as 8:00 PM.
We know that dogs find comfort in the company of other dogs; therefore, our Lodge is a “companion” kennel. If a compatible match is available, single-family dogs will be paired with another dog that shares their temperament and activity level. Families with two or more dogs will have their own suite.
If you want your dog to bunk alone or if they are nonsocial, we offer private suites for an additional charge.
Smaller dogs have their own building with a more traditional kennel setup. These kennels are 5×6 indoors with a 5×12 outdoor run attached.
The runs have artificial turf for footing. This turf is comfortable to lay on, does not irritate the pads of their feet, and minimizes dirt dragging into their sleeping quarters.
Each dog has free access to its run during daylight hours. The kenneled dogs have two large, attached play yards, which they can use alone or with others to play throughout the day. In addition, there are two indoor play areas where the little tykes can have fun and socialize with other dogs throughout the day.
Both buildings provide sleeping areas with cushion-like, hygienic rubber flooring. The outdoor play areas have natural grass and shade trees.
We have seven various play areas where guests can play, chase balls, swim, dig in the sand, and/or socialize with other dogs.
We also offer two water features for added enjoyment. Smaller dogs can visit the fun splash pad with bubblers and fresh-flowing, non-chlorinated well water, and our lodge boarders can enjoy our beautiful spring-fed pond! Because both water features use fresh water, your pet will not ingest chemicals during this play experience.
Unlike many other boarding facilities, our dogs are allowed outside as late as 8:00 PM. At dusk, all dog doors are locked in for their safety.
PLEASE BE AWARE: We will not accept any dog that is a nuisance barker, an escape artist, destructive to its kennel or yard, or aggressive towards another boarder or an employee.
